Contest for Children

Kalabhavan UAE proudly organizing its annual art contest this year in online. Children from the age 5 to 18 are welcome to participate in the event. You may upload your creative project here and we will shortlist the final contestants for live event on second week of March 2021

CONTEST PERIOD

  • Contest start from 15th February 2021 and last day for submission is on 15th March 2021

  • Notification of the winners : 25th March 2021

CONTEST FORMAT 

  • Participants can register and upload their art work by clicking below link

  • We will acknowledge the receipt of artwork by email within 2 days. Please contact us by email if you have not got the acknowledge mail

  • All communications related to the contest is through email uaekalabhavan@gmail.com

  • Only one entry per person is allowed and group participation is not allowed

  • Onsite contests will be conducted for those who selected as final contestants 

  • Contest is open for all students who are in schools or colleges

  • Participation certificates will be provided to all students by email

  • Each category will be receiving the first, second and third prizes. Winners will be honored by certificates

ARTWORK FORMAT AND CRITERIA

  • Artwork should be done on the A3 size chart

  • Pencils, color pencils, oil pastels, watercolors, acrylic paints, poster colors, and oil paints can be used

  • Digital art is not accepted for the contest

  • Being inspired without copying. Your entry must not infringe on the copyright of others

JUDGING CRITERIA

  • Artwork will be judged based on the uniqueness, originality, shading and blending quality, theme relevance, overall neatness and presentation of the finished work

  • Finished artwork should not contain any material that is offensive or disgraceful towards any person, profession or community
